Workshop & Event Policy
We’re so excited to welcome you into our creative space! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our workshop policies below. By registering for or attending a workshop or event at DeStash Hawaiʻi, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

📋 Workshop/Event Terms  
By participating in any DeStash Hawaiʻi workshop or event, you release DeStash Hawaiʻi and its representatives from any liability for bodily injuries, loss, or damage to personal property while on the premises or during activities we sponsor.

⏰ Workshop Etiquette  
- All workshops begin and end on time.  
- Please arrive early and be ready to start promptly.  
- Arriving more than **30 minutes late** will be considered a **no-show**, and your spot will be forfeited.  
- Make-up classes are not available.

💳 Workshop Credit Policy (DeStash-Initiated Cancellations)  
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.  
If this happens:  
- We will issue you a **credit** for a future workshop.  
- **Refunds are not issued** for any reason.  
We appreciate your flexibility and understanding!

❌ Workshop Cancellation Policy (Participant-Initiated)  
- All workshop fees are **non-refundable**.  
- Cancellations or no-shows will **not** receive a credit.  
- Workshop spots are limited and prepped in advance—thank you for honoring our policy.

**Need to miss your class?** You may transfer your spot to a friend—just email us at least 24 hours before the workshop with their name and contact info.

🚪 Arrival & Parking  
- Doors open **15 minutes before** the start of your session.  
- Please use metered street parking on **South Street** and **Kawaiahaʻo Street**, as parking in our lot is limited.
